1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SpaceVR Club services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
2. Services Provided
SpaceVR offers virtual reality (VR) sessions, allowing users to experience VR games and simulations. Services may include individual gaming sessions, multiplayer games, and group events. All users are required to follow our usage policies to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone.
3. Age Restrictions
VR Club services are available to individuals aged 16 and older. Users under 16 must have a parent or guardian’s permission and be supervised at all times. Proof of age may be requested.
4. Health and Safety
VR can be physically and mentally intensive. Users with medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, motion sickness, heart conditions) should consult a physician before participating. By using VR equipment, you assume all risks associated with potential adverse effects.
5. User Conduct
Users agree to: - Follow staff instructions and safety guidelines at all times. - Avoid aggressive behavior that may harm others or equipment. - Respect other users' experiences by maintaining appropriate behavior. - Promptly report any equipment malfunction or personal discomfort. Failure to comply may result in session termination without a refund.
6. Equipment Care and Liability
Our VR equipment is checked regularly, but any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be the user's financial responsibility. Please handle all equipment with care and immediately notify staff if you notice any issues.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within less than 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in compliance with applicable laws. Your data will only be used for booking, customer support, and internal service improvement purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
VR Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will indicate acceptance of these updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
VR Club is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of VR services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by VR Club or its staff. Users agree to use the VR services at their own risk.
